My guess is that since DC is technically a foreign land then the deep state prisoners no longer need to go to GITMO etc to be tortured for info. They don't have the same prisoner rights as the US.

1999, u.s. Supreme Court ruled the corporation of the United States held no more rights than the average U.s. registered corporation and that the individual citizen is sovereign.

If you have no idea how to act sovereign then I understandnd your doubt. But you are incorrect.
