The video centers around a man named Song Shanmu. He's one of chinas first successful entrepreneurs and is known nation wide. He operates two businesses CCVip as well as Sunmoon Education Group. Aside from Winston having experience working for this man [and his businesses seemingly encouraging very odd sexual behavior] he's also been accused of rape. He also had enough favor with the ccp to be successful [those not down with the party are generally not]. The video states that Mr. Shanmu also operated branches in LONDON and the US..those city states again.

Perhaps this is the Chinese epstein? This is a call to research Sun Moon Education group as well as CCVip and Song Shanmu himself.
