Man, I hope this is timed right. I'll hold on til the bitter end, but it's getting hard. Trying to gently poke the people around me awake without trashing all of my relationships is a real struggle.

I went to breakfast with a friend who is sooo discouraged. Small business owner, sees no change in the younger generations (employees, kids' friends), and because nothing is seemingly happening, doesn't have the hope I have.
