Shedding means a person that has been vaccinated is contagious and can potentially infect people around them.

The covid shot is not a vaccine, so by definition those that have taken it cannot be shedding a live virus, but that doesn't mean they aren't transmitting something else.

So on a regular modified live virus vaccine the shedding would be 17 days. In an MRNA it is 83. Shedding is when you take a vaccine and get sick with it. Cause it usually contains part of the virus. With the MRNA it lasts a ton longer and no virus, so what are they shedding?

You don't really have to worry at a grocery store, it doesn't survive on surfaces like that. When to worry is like if it is your wife and you touch and sleep next to her. Small office, where air flow is bad wouldn't be good either.
