Just ask yourself the questions:

Who owns Vanguard? For whom are they managing funds?

Who own Blackrock?

Who owns statestreet?

Wellington Management LLC comes up, only for about 8%. However, BR, VG, SS have a 4,5% interest in Wellington.

You see where this is going.
