IMHO TruthHammer might just be wrong here.
Point a-f doesn’t necessarily involve UV-light exam.
Point g does, and it might also involve forensic auditing of watermark, fingerprints and paper fibers.
Question is; what do you compare to the representative specimen?
It can be watermarks, can’t it?
