kindergarten is 1 year, grade school is 12 add 4 more years and you get 17. Q is the 17th letter of the alphabet, you learn the alphabet IN SCHOOL!!!

In his prattle, he boasted about America's super-fantastic education system. Seriously!? If it were truly effective, it wouldn't need 4 more years to get kids ready for life.
