I've been aware of Blockchain secured voting for a while, but what does Quantum Financial System mean? I see this term being thrown around a lot and have never seen a proper explanation.
QFS is GESARA. Backing currency with Gold, Silver and Oil and demolishing fiat moneyprinters.
Getting rid of SWIFT and securities processors (that handle the real buy/sell stuff for NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.) in favor of blockchain-based technologies (I think Ripple Gold was being set up to be the payment transaction system of choice).
This would eliminate the FED and big banks from influencing policy, and take the banking system out of the loop for most payments. Their primary functions would be to lend money and be coin miners signing the blockchain.
Side benefit: Stripe and Paypal would cease to exist, they would no longer be necessary. F Jack Dorsey and the horse he rode in on.

How is QFS related to NESARA?
QFS would also underpin NESARA. And it's how we turn NESARA into GESARA.
