I'd like to believe this, but this is the umpteenth time in the past year or so that Solomon has said Durham was going to do something, and it never happened.

So correct, how many times has Solomon said a few more weeks, a few more months. I am sure he has good sources, but if I were him I wouldn't trust that person anymore...
