Was doing research on ways to kill covid and found that blacklight (UV-A) is used to kill fungi. It was even suggested to put a blacklight in shoes of people who have onychomycosis (toenail fungus) which, from what I've read, is very hard to kill. Now, I know covid is a virus but if UV-A can kill fungi, I don't see why it couldn't kill viruses as well.
Good point.
Kill in the case of mRNA is somewhat stranious because of it not being a living thing. Destruct would come closer, as UV light simply allows the strain to fall apart within 30 seconds.
Thanks for the clarifying!
