Board-certified physician and addiction medicine specialist Dr. Drew Pinsky has been talking about how, despite having antibodies for this disease and having previously been infected, he received the J&J shot because international travel requires it. He openly criticizes how this shot is required, when antibody testing would be adequate. So despite being on medication in prophylaxis or having antibodies, you may be required to have this experimental injection in order to travel internationally.
That is, unless you come here from Guatemala or somewhere. Then you don't need the shot, ID, or anything! And you get a place to live and a free plane ticket! Man, it's good to travel here illegally!
