So what are they contracting after vaccination if it isn't COVID? These people are testing positive for COVID, so why is CDC doing this?

Edit: "This shift will help maximize the quality of the data being collected..."

I think it's a little too late for that. This is just going to further corrupt the data and further confuse EVERYONE.
