So one of the challenges here, no one is going to pay for an audit if the results are favorable to them, so you have to fund it somehow. Sure you may have many volunteers, but at some point you have to pay something.

Another issue, you have to convince the local authorities, and they won't let you with just a please and thank you. Check your local laws for how it can be done.

Also, space & security. You cant just setup a table in the courthouse and start counting. You need a secured space, maybe for months, secure transport, chain of custody, site security, probably cameras, night watch, etc.

Also also do you have access to tabulated, computers, blue/black lights for watermarks, do you have the technical ability and know the proceedures for a proper audit? Have you been trained for this or volunteered to work polls?

If you go in without at least a plan for all of this, your only wasting everyones time, and we want these to succeed, so do your homework and be prepaired.
