There's a search box up top and it gives you more detailed additional results when you type in your word of choice.
You click on the long number at the top of the p osts which most start with 1. Behind that you will get the anons research in what they found also some opinions.
I have looked for anagrams in Q posts but never found any. That's not to say that there are none, but I think it unlikely.
