I think it helps. A lot of businesses err on the safe side when it comes to the "law", and without mandates to justify their practices, it opens the door to more businesses taking down their mask signage and being less afraid to just let people be.
I don't think it's a good idea to force a business to, say, bake a cake, if they don't want to. So this is about as far as you can go with easing up restrictions.
Yes but as a Florida resident I'm not sure this helps.
Pretty sure all businesses can still enforce mask wearing.
I try and not wear my mask most places but occasionally get told to put it on and sadly if I need groceries i dont have much of a choice

I do that, but occasionally (like in target last week) was asked by manager to put my mask on. Not sure what the move is in that scenario
I’d probably still say no thanks, it’s worked for me before if that didn’t work I guess I’d leave lol
