Now make "private businesses" liable for lawsuits for enforcing a face diaper or a vax. Private businesses are liable for all kinds of problems if they refuse service to a class of people. People with IQs high enough to refuse a pseudo scientific nostrum for preventing the coof should be considered a protected and persecuted class...
