That stupid capital police office managed to actually do that by pure luck. He missed the bone, and both major veins/arteries, and just clipped her spinal column in half. The only blood was from the muscle tissue which was paper thin because the neck just isn't that big. In fact I bet if you looked at the wall with a black-light it would light up like a Christmas tree. Spinal fluid is clear. You can't see it on the video.

WATCH the video closely again. Look at her hands. See how they curl up and spasm. You can't fake that. Its exactly what happens when the muscles lose contact with the brain. They seize up. Lights out... lungs and heart stopped seconds later. She's brain dead 5-6 minutes after that.
