Maybe you have to be in a secret society to be allowed to even read the story. The only piece I could see was as follows:

That's pretty hard to understand - what was the "African American Greek" angle? The guy in the photo looks west-European to me. Boule is not normally pronounced boo-lay (unless there is some special circumstance I am not aware of) also how do you turn those three Greek letters into the word "boule" which can refer to the Greek legislature.
