Here's how I draw the line:

If they recognize the pedophilia, they are a white hat.
If they don't they are black hat.

Mind you, they actually might not even know whose side they are fighting on.

My reasoning? It's funnier thinking Simon Parkes and Charlie Ward will be cherished in history books as the funniest Military-scale trolling of DeepState actors in World History.
