I don't know if spike proteins crossing the blood-brain-barrier is causing this, or if it could be related to misfolding of proteins as in prion diseases, but if it were me or someone I knew who was experiencing brain fog or headaches, I'd recommend coconut oil because that can slow down alzheimer's and reverse a certain amount of the prion damage. I guess it would be more effective the earlier you took it, such as before symptoms start.
Look into iodine drops as well. J.Crows Lugols iodine is an old and reputable brand. It’s very good for brain fog and clearing out many toxins that our environment introduces.
