Percentage of "not sure" and "would not" start off the same, and "would not" is more than twice the "not sure" number by the end. There's more going on there than just the eligible pool of people losing the ones who've taken the shot.
Very good point. It would appear that (as time goes on) a greater percentage of the unvaxxed are 'resolutely' unvaxxed as opposed to 'lazily' unvaxxed.
I love the chart, but that curve will naturally happen as more people have already taken the vax.
(The percentage of remaining people who will not take it increases.)
