"The SQL Management Studio \rersion 17.1 was found to be installed on the Antrim County Election Management System (EMS) (see Dougias Logan's Report dated 41912027). This software is not certified b5, the Election Assistance Commission for use on electronic voting systems. This software tool was utilized in expert testing to repiicate the Antrirn County November 3,2020 election vote taliy manipulation. Testing using this software tool was consistent with technical manipulation of the project file resulting in inaccurate vote taliies."

Very interesting. Wonder if any of the logs can show if the program was opened or connected between Nov 3+ (doesn't seem conclusive in the report). That said, you can easily wipe the configs.
Being already setup for multiple counties completely invalidates, IMO, this states entire election. Any and all of these could be tainted. From a technical background, I'd definitely say this is pretty damning.
this is where the Routers / Firewalls come into play, which have still been denied access too. Examination of these devices would be able to tell if ports / access on these devices were capable or not to be breached allowing external access to things such as a connection to an SQL database or other manipulation techniques.
