My rights were violated today too. Office nurse calls me and says my doppler showed 2 things and Dr wants me to make appointment to see him. I asked her to send me the report before I come because I want know what he's talking about. She said that was against HIPPA regulations. I told her it is not, no difference if I requested my medical records for a 2nd opinion. I told her as a matter of fact, you just violated HIPPA regulations by giving a summary report over the phone and you dont know for certain if I am the patient. She was stunned and said she will have to ask her manager and hung up.
Friend was asked by his dentist's assistant if he had been vacinated.
she got in a huff when he told her none of her business.
Dentists has known him for years...and told her not to push....
