To me Constitutional carry implies no restrictions, zero, nada, zilch.

No you won't. You will only have to be 21 or older, and have no felonies,no domestic abuse charges,not be dishonorably discharged from the service, or no diagnosed mental health issues.
Sounds like what we have here in KY. Notice the BLM/Teefa types really haven't gone out past lib stronghold Louisville. They dumb but they're not quite THAT dumb.
