Anyone have the specifics of this law? Can you open carry only or open carry and conceal carry without a license?

To me Constitutional carry implies no restrictions, zero, nada, zilch.

No you won't. You will only have to be 21 or older, and have no felonies,no domestic abuse charges,not be dishonorably discharged from the service, or no diagnosed mental health issues.
