Dad told me once he wanted to live long enough to piss on her grave (he was drafted in 63, did two yrs Stateside) He just turned 82 this past Nov and besides a bad back and high blood pressure, he's still in decent shape and of sound mind. I fervently hope he and all of the other vets still around can make that VERY long line to her grave.

I post more than I comment, didn't realize that was against some super secret rules here. Reading your comment history you feel that this is a hoax and you're incredibly insulting to people you feel have not been on this board long enough for your liking. If you have such a problem with these threads then stay away from them and focus your attention elsewhere.

Been an absolute shit day here. We live just south of Louisville, our hometown. My husband used to be a 911 calltaker for the city and we have family that work in the city. This was the first of two shootings in the city today, the second one was about 10 blocks away. We are reeling and more than a little tired of the stupid we're hearing (LMPD said it was a "rifle" in their 3pm press conference and my husband about had a coronary when he heard CNN in my doctor's office say 'AR style rifle')

This happened less than 30 miles from our house. Our hometown is reeling today. Please pray for this young officer Louisville Metro Police Officer Nickolas Wilt, who is fighting for his life, was shot in the head as he ran towards gunfire during mass shooting at downtown bank 26 yrs old, he was sworn in as an officer 11 days ago.

My home state of KY is fuckin weird. Yea we are red technically, we went for Trump in 2016 and 2020, but we have Dandy Andy (Andy Beshear) a Dem governor who was all for the lockdowns and masks and all of that happy horseshit. (the last gov, a Repub, went up against the teachers union and got his ass handed to him) Louisville and Lexington, our two largest cities and longtime lib strongholds, were all about the BLM marches till about late spring/early summer 2021.

The pro-America thing beforehand with Johnny Cash's 'Ragged Old Flag' while nice, my hubs right after it ended looks to the TV and stagewhispers "You're trying too hard"

If we could keep a police chief longer than a year, that'd be swell. I'd have to look at actual numbers but I think the current lady is #5 since the "pandemic" started. But yes, full agree with you.

My hometown of Louisville KY, still recovering from the Breonna Taylor riots, things aren't getting better, they're getting worse. We have an interim police chief (the last one, the lady that was police chief in ATL during the Rayshard Brooks shooting and aftermath? Yea she stepped down when we got a new mayor. Oh and guess the mayor party! If you said Democrat, DING DING DING)

Graduated high school in 1995. the Clintons hit the scene during that time and I about drove a classmate of mine nuts cause his family was old school Dem and practically worshipped them, I got a "bad read" off of them immediately and couldn't imagine what people saw in them. No woke crap in our schools, hell there was a Ten Commandments poster in my Typing room class, guarantee you don't see THAT in schools today.

Husband and I voted today in central KY. We're in our mid 40s and have never seen a line like that for an election in our lifetimes. EASILY hundreds of people waiting, husband thought it was closer to a thousand in our convention center, this was at about 3pm Eastern. Took us about an hr to get through the line to vote.

Reminded of one of my favorite Black Sabbath songs 'War Pigs' - "No more war pigs have the power/Hand of God has struck the hour/Day of Judgement, God is calling/On their knees the war pigs crawling/Begging mercies for their sins/Satan, laughing, spreads his wings, Oh Lord yea'

Do you have the router/modem from the cable company? those for the most part are garbage. Get your own (you can usually get a list of supported modems/routers from your ISP, internet service provider) We're in central Kentucky so we're limited to Spectrum and Windstream, gotta get on the waiting list for Starlink but that's not expected to come here till next year sometime.

Last Sept at Louder than Life music festival here in Louisville KY we heard (and participated in) a few spontaneous FJB chants, and got led in a LOUD one by Aaron Lewis of Staind. Good times :) Fully expect to hear it again later this month at the next LTL.

Louisville and Lexington, our two largest cities, are longtime lib strongholds. You should have heard the bitching last year from the libs after Aaron Lewis of Staind appeared at Louder than Life festival here in Louisville wearing an Impeach Biden hat and led us in a LOUD 'FUCK BIDEN' chant. Good times. :)
