Not all will abide the return of Jesus Christ. Like the wipe out during the days of Noah, I suspect you are all too correct in stating that we are too polarized to even have a legitimate government anymore. Those who are "lost forever" have no chance of living an honest or meaningful life growing closer to God during mortality and may be too consumed in upholding lies.
