I’m at an outdoor sporting event in Georgia. The masks were all lined up to get in and hanging out complimenting each other on the newest mask fashion. As the temperature went up, the masks came off. Close to 1,000 people, 85 degrees and all I can see is one child abuser mom making her toddlers wear masks.

I can't remember the last time I've seen a masker even use hand sanitizer either.
Use soap and water. That "sanitizer" can give you dermatitis. And too much alcohol soaking through your skin can affect your thinking, kidneys and liver.
Your skin is covered in natural bacteria which protect it. Don't kill them more often than you really need to (e.g. after toilet use).
