The best two on that list are:

Detroit - Because these cabal assholes have targeted the black community for hundreds of years with killer vaccines

and

DC - Because the swamp creatures know what's up with the vax. THIS ONE is very tell-tale, especially because this doesn't include under 18 years of age.
