Essentially a Portland situation where protesters stirred up by left wing activists have started to attack police and destroy property in the major cities. Some rioters are venezuelans that are paid. Kinda like antifa and BLM the propaganda media there only shows scenes of "police abuse" but in reality these are thugs. Police have been unable to defend themselves as they are unable to carry firearms when guarding protests. Police in Bogota have stopped fighting crime and the Covid lockdown is still in effect.
