Black people feel emboldened now because of BLACK LIVES MATTER.

Black hate attacks on anyone who is not black, especially whites and Asians.

People must be on alert and ready. Try not to be alone, and carry some kind of defense like mace, pepper spray, a knife with a blade < 4", or a gun if that is an option.
