nobody is saying everybody will make it to the end, with the scope that is just not a goal that can be reasonably expected and any worldly person would settle with do as much as we can

unless they are trapped there anybody in those areas have left already and those who riot and destroy make up the majority, they will be dealt with after we deal with those standing in the way
