I was thinking that but I was also wondering about spousal privilege.. I mean hildabeast and billyjeff are still married cos of that reputedly so why would the gates give that up? Unless Melinda wants to be able to put the boot in under oath? Could manlinda have gone rogue?? Could she be doing a Katie holmes with the divorce???
