I swear the pre-news hypes that actually make it on mass media or web are only there to entice others to telegraph intent to help stop them.

The only time I saw this work out for the common person was sniwdens slow leaks proving the excuse cover stories wrong time after time after time until they just stopped making public excuses. But even then the leak was done 100% and in public hands before anybody was told.
