I don’t think a do over would be legal.

Most likely grounds for impeachment, and most likely after 2022 election. Biden and Harris would step down, or go down in flames fighting.

DJT could be made Speaker of the House by the Republican majority caucus and act as POTUS for the remaining 2 years before the 2024 election, while also remaining eligible.

This is the only way I see DJT acting as PotUS before 2024
