I guess the Chinese handlers were tired of seeing their people in tireless examples of stupidity.

Seriously, it was so predictable, "Worker gets eaten by Machine" you could call it with 100%^ accuracy it was in China...open the link and sure as shit, it was another Chinese worker getting shredded/smashed/wrapped up/blown up/etc.
