From December 2020 as the culpability of Dominion in stealing the election became clear and they fled their offices to go into hiding:

Mr Coomer, director of product strategy and security for the Denver-based company, has now filed a lawsuit in Colorado against the Trump campaign, Sidney Powell and Rudy Giuliani. Also named in the lawsuit are Newsmax and One America News Network, OANN reporter Chanel Rion, blogger Michelle Malkin and others.

So I guess that defamation lawsuit goes right in the trash then? All those sorosbux to fund this legal assault all wasted, how tragic for Eric Coomer and Dominion.
