I agree, I have been watching this German team for a while and they appear to be building their case & team but, so far, no details of any proceedings taking place or started. He does have a good reputation, he was the guy in Europe who first exposed the Euro-automakers for their fraudulent diesel emissions claims, he cost the major manufacturers millions in penalties and much revision of emissions data around the world.

I included a link to their team website, I've book-marked it for regular review, I hope he gets legal cases started soon, it has the potential to stop the entire scam, dead in it's tracks and to lock up the perps.
