Get the liposomal forms, easily absorbed and won’t mess with your gut.
Get a GOOD liposomal multi vitamin (Bs included).
You can take several grams of Vitamin C this way. Try that with off the shelf unbuffered Vjt C... you’ll be shedding all right!
