-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

Well said—I only wrote a sentence about this very aspect—you did a great job here.

I agree that there seems to be a case for criminal action in this vein—especially the collusion between the governors who restricted the prescribing of these medications. That boggles the mind to remove efficacious medicines UNLESS THEY WERE FOLLOEING ORDERS FROM SOMEONE AT THE TOP. So who is that person/group of people?
