-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

Good luck with that.

The higher up you go in the chain, the less it’s about law, we’ve seen this play out over and over again.

You’re better off with a class action against an entity or corporation like a supermarket, store, workplace, etc.

Workplaces that mandate vaccines for example, get a group of like minds together and sue. Local municipal courts, less politics. There would be a settlement hopefully some money. Use that money to fund the truth engine or hey pay your damn rent.

Death by a thousand cuts is the way.
