Here's a little red pill for any of you that still imbibe: the word alcohol comes from a little known name for an even lesser known god (demon, really) called Al'Khul. It's also the basis behind calling liquor, spirits. It softens your conscious mind's ability to keep spirit from interacting with your subconscious brain and entering your own spirit through the pineal gland.
There's a very real reason why drinking "alcohol" takes away your inhibitions and makes even the smartest of us act like a fool. Al'Khul and his minions WANT us to drink their "spirits" so they can better control us and influence our thoughts and actions. These are thoughts and actions that our conscious minds would shut down if they were "of the right mind." Right minded thinking goes way beyond the physical shell of this realm and is upheld as Holy in the Spiritual realm. By imbibing the "spirits" of Al'Khul, we eliminate our ability to discern our Truth from fiction. This is why people commit some of the most heinous acts on another when they're drunk. It's also why it kills brain cells, inhibits our body's natural ability to heal itself on every level, and destroys the very organs we need to sustain a healthy and fruitful life.

Interesting.
Wonder if that's why I lost the taste for alcohol.
Never did drink much anyway so there wasn't much to lose.
Didn't like the feeling of not being in control.
