He was responsible for millions of HIV deaths because he suppressed a cure. Tens of millions, actually.

This is bullshit. HIV doesnt cause AIDS. He killed millions with with a phony treatment

Having the gay rights activist think that ‘lifesaving’ AZT was being withheld from them was the ammunition Fauci needed to push it through a FDA fasttrack (before EUA even existed) It was all a setup
