The auditors have all they want and the board knows it.

If they give them the passwords the board is sunk, if they don't they are just as snookered.

Love it. Caught in a catch 22 and pleading the 5th won't help 'em here. This is when it is good to own plenty of extra underwear or adult diapers and a bottle or two of antacid on hand. Pain coming!
