The Constitution is not a suicide pact. It is intended to be a shield for our people, to enable our people to prosper. When men and women in black robes or "Congressmen"/"Senators" position that it does not apply or that the plain language of it means something other than what is written plainly, it is they who are the problem, and not the document or the people.
