No. Bro, the connections just dont add up in context, especially [RR].
Example: How could a [Rocket Re-Entry] (RR) "draft a letter of recommendation to fire?" when clearly in context of Rosenstein with regard to the specific Q drop?
I was thinking it was Rod Rosenstein.
That was my point. The reach here is the OP trying to correlate it to meaning [Rocket Re-Entry]. The two are mutually exclusive and do not correlate. Thus, this attempt at connections, IMHO, appears to be a fail.
Not supporting the OP, just gonna quote Q:
