This... seems to be a bunch of "connections" to random Q posts which make a lot more sense in the context with which they were posted. And of course it doesn't paint a picture that the reader can understand.

The very next Q post, #4161 is as follows -

The rocket crash is definitely important and very likely a comm or an op itself. But this doesn't give any answers as to what it is or what it's real world impact is.
