They are just reacting at something that happened or will happened, one of their backup plans (don't think they don't have a long list of backup plans and narratives to adapt, just look at how they started to say COVID is a bio weapon from China, one of the scripts there were ready to be taken out) , look the moneys they are moving between the various foundations from him to her.....
