Ghislaine Maxwell’s lawyers are continually pushing that her health is deteriorating because she’s not allowed to sleep due to safety checks performed by MDC guards.

She reportedly suffered a black eye from trying to block out the light. A picture was even presented in the news with this information. Whether that’s a recent picture from prison or a different one is up in the air.

On May 7th, her lawyers again complained about the sleep and security situation. This time, though, they state that her health is clearly going to continue to deteriorate since MDC won’t provide her the requested eye mask, she’s going to continue to be isolated, and they’re not stopping the flashlight checks.

They are also using the “she’s feeling good about proving her innocence at trial” line, which we have heard about Epstein and was used by his lawyer—Trump’s second impeachment lawyer—to say Epstein wasn’t suicidal/he doesn’t believe he killed himself.

They are painting the narrative that something will happen to her and it will be MDC’s fault. The judge already issued the continuance; she’ll likely order the prison to provide the eye mask that will finish the job. I wouldn’t be surprised if they’re pushing the Bill Gates angle to keep attention off of the Maxwell situation.

Also of note—they mention Bill Barr issuing this security guidance after the Epstein debacle. Guess who just signed a book deal?

I’m also curious who the person that was dear to her was that passed.

I’m so tired of all of this. I just want justice for all victims involved. I’m trying not to doom but it’s getting overwhelming and we’re not even six months into Biden’s administration.
