I think the 2nd level involves kneeling and being stepped and kicked.. How many levels do you think till you kill your first animal.. how long till you're blindfolded again and told to kill the animal in front of you? Blindfold off, oh you killed a man.,.. etc till you either refuse or are fully evil satan worshiper.
