IMO it all started when Fuentes and Hobbs got in, 2016. They got the machines in time for 2018 which was the trial run. Dominion have been insinuating themselves more and more. By 2020 they were running things. $3 million Zuckerbucks still unaccounted for paid off county supervisors or ??
